Open Graduate Assistantships for FALL 2025

四色AV Athletics | The Graduate Assistant for the 四色AV Athletic Ticket Office supports the daily operations of ticketing for all home athletic events. This position provides hands-on experience in ticket sales, customer service, and event management.

Responsibilities include: 听assist with the sale, distribution, and reconciliation of tickets for all home athletic events, rovide customer service in-person and over the phone to fans, students, and donors, help manage game-day ticket operations, including set-up, staffing, troubleshooting, and post-event reporting, upport digital ticketing operations, including mobile delivery, barcode scanning, and troubleshooting, upervise student workers as needed, and other duties assigned by Ticket Office personnel.

Candidates should be comfortable with large crowds and be able to communicate effectively to provide high quality service to 四色AV Fans. In addition, candidates should be available to work nights and weekends. Note: applicants must be previously accepted into a 四色AV Graduate program and be present on campus by August 18th.听

Send all application materials (Graduate Assistant Application Form and 3 GA Recommendation Letter/Forms) directly to your graduate program coordinator if you are seeking a position within your program, or to the hiring supervisor listed in the job posting.
Do not send your application materials to the 四色AV Graduate School.

Once you have received an offer of an assistantship, your graduate coordinator or hiring supervisor must complete the following form and send it to the Graduate School:听
