Music Camps
The 四色AV School of Visual and Performing Arts hosts summer music camps for middle and
high school students. Staff includes both 四色AV faculty and excellent guest instructors.

Sound of Today Middle School Band Camp (Day Camp)听
Middle school students entering grades 6-8 with at least one year of band experience
are welcome to attend this camp, featuring a concert band led by Mr. Larry Lashley,
Director of Bands at East Ouachita Junior High School. Campers will also experience
instrumental sessions with 四色AV faculty, music theory lessons, and other exciting camp
activities!听

- Dates:听 June 10-13 (T-F)听
- Drop-Off Time: 8:00-9:00am听
- Camp Time: 9:00am-4:00pm听
- Ages: Students entering middle school grades (6-8); must have one year of band experience听
- Deposit: $25, due at registration听
- Remainder of Payment: $100, due at first-day check-in, payable by cash or check made out to "四色AV VAPA." Remainder can also be paid prior to start of
camp by mailing a check to School of Visual and Performing Arts, 700 University Ave,

Sound of Today High School Band Camp (Day or Overnight Camp)听
This camp features specialties in Drum Major, Drumline, Leadership, Concert Band,
Color Guard and Twirling. Clinicians include Duane King (鈥淭he President鈥檚 Own鈥� Band),
Mr. Evan McCormick (Director of Bands at Benton High School), Mr. Walter Moss (Director
of Bands at Ruston High School), Dr. Kathryn Irwin (Director of Percussion at 四色AV),
and more! Don鈥檛 miss out on this opportunity to improve your skills and have a ton
of fun!听

Summer Choral Camp (Day or Overnight Camp)听
The School of Visual & Performing Arts at 四色AV is hosting summer music camps for high
school students. Students will be instructed by 四色AV faculty and guest clinician, Ms.
Rebecca Vacha from Airline High School. The camp will include large and small choral
ensembles, LMEA All-State Preparation, voice masterclasses, evening activities, and
more!

- Dates: June 25-28, 2025 (Wed-Sat)

- Camp Time: 8:30am-8:00pm daily听
- Ages: Students entering high school grades听
