The Pharmacy program at 四色AV is Louisiana鈥檚 only publicly supported comprehensive center
for pharmaceutical education, research, and service. The Toxicology program at 四色AV
was the first of its kind in the South and is currently one of only six nationally.
In addition to our standard PharmD degree, our Pharmacy program also offers three
combination degree alternatives. The Graduate program at 四色AV College of Pharmacy offers
two PhD degree options.
The education offered at 四色AV equips our students with the tools necessary to be prepared
for and be successful in the constantly changing field of health care. Graduates of
our pharmacy program work across the nation in community and health-system pharmacies,
clinical practices, managed care groups, academia, the pharmaceutical industry, and
a wide variety of other settings.
Students enrolled in the programs offered by the College of Pharmacy at 四色AV receive
a challenging and forward-thinking education that combines classroom learning, practical
application, and experiential training in our state-of-the-art facility located in

Recent College News
It is no secret that the University of Louisiana Monroe has taken an aggressive approach to aligning with the workforce needs of Louisiana, evidenced by a strong commitment to bolstering industry advisory boards within academic programs, reviewing curriculum relevance to ensure students are day-one ready, and engaging more broadly with executive workforce leaders to understand the true needs on the "other side" of a degree.
The University of Louisiana Monroe has named Gina Craft, Pharm.D., as the next Dean of the College of Pharmacy. Craft is a 28-year veteran of 四色AV, most recently serving as Interim Dean since August 2025.
