PRAXIS (Paper-Based Only)
Test dates, registration deadlines, and test fees, can be found on the PRAXIS website at or by calling PRAXIS Candidate Services at 800-772-9476.
Registration for the test is available on the PRAXIS website .
PRAXIS program policies are strictly enforced. These policies include:
- Cell phones, BlackBerry庐 devices, PDAs and any other electronic or photographic devices
are not permitted at the test center.
- Candidates must report no later than the reporting time listed on the admission ticket.
Testing program policy prohibits the admission of any person who arrives after testing
has begun.
- Candidates are required to have the appropriate unexpired identification document (with signature and photograph) in the name as listed on the registration to be admitted. A list of appropriate identification documents can be found on the PRAXIS website . Candidates testing outside of their country of citizenship MUST BRING their passport to be admitted. Testing program policy prohibits the admission of any person who cannot meet these requirements.
